Polluted Peace is a inter disciplinary project founded at Mälardalen University, in collaboration with our partner researchers at Örebro University, The Swedish Research Agency and KCEM (competence center for energetic materials). Other than that, the project has partners within the Swedish demil industry, environmental technology industry as well as foreign research groups in Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.

Polluted Peace partner meetings
The next partner meeting is in Vilnius on January 18, 2009!

Most participants in Polluted Peace came together in the fifth Disposal Conference in Katrineholm, Sweden on November 13th 2008.

Program for application
The application shall be finished in March. During the fall we have had several meetings to discuss the application:
Riga 4 December: parter meeting
Lille 25-27 October: application conference
Sweden 25th of October: Marco Virta from Helsinkki University in Finland visited Mälardalen University
Sweden 14-16th of October: Tracy Temple from Cranfield University in England visited.
Riga 2-4th of October: partner meeting
Vilnius 23-25 of September: partner meeting
